THE AMAZING TASTE OF STREET FOODS

My personal blog for the street food in Capiz every afternoon as our tiring class ends,I always plan to buy something to eat and stop by craving.Most of the students are on the streets eating different kinds of street foods,i know a lot of street foods can be bought in our province but as my personal opinion let me intoduce my top three favorite street foods.let us now start count down now!

kwek-kwek(fried waffled ouail egg)

Now to this food that i choose to be the most bought food in capiz well actually this food should really be on quail eggs however as i also try to look around here the egg that was used by the vendor is the chicken egg which makes a better profit for them.kwek-kwek is made a hard boiled quail eggs covered in a savory orange batter that is then deep fried.you then dip them into the jar of your choice ,you may choose spicy sauce or sweet sauce.That means once you put a piece  from your stick in your mouth then never ever dunk it back to the sauce again kwek-kwek usually costs 10 pesos per piece.

Isaw (chicken intestine)

Starting in the middle to late afternoon,you smel the charcoal being lit and you know its time for your afternoon snacks.The intestines are coiled into skewers and grilled until charred and smoky the chicken intestines are just like mini tube saausages.One of the best things about eating isaw is seasoning with vinegar.Most people like to soak their isaw in chili onion vinegar and let is absorb as much as possible,so you eat isaw now!! Isaw usually cost 3 pesos per stick.

Dynamite

You might probably think of that explosive after reading the name of this food well for clarification you can just continue reading this one.The chili is cut lenghtwise with the stalk remained intact,and then remove seeds and then filled with cheese stick and ground meat.then filled chili is the wrapped in lumpia wrapper no need to remove the the stalk of the chili for it also adds decoration on the food,though it is not to be eaten.Thus it is called dynamite because of its dynamite like appearance ,this usually cost 10 pesos per piece.

There you go the three list of my most favorite street foods,I know we have different taste when it comes to foods but as you read this one why not also try it?.I’m pretty sure you”ll like it to…..
